With the victory, Monticello upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Black Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 3. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Charlottesville lost 35-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Hargrave Military Academy Tigers (Chatham, VA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Covenant will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 75-15 league win over Fishburne Military (Waynesboro, VA).
