With the victory, IMG Academy Black improves its record to 5-12 on the campaign. The Ascenders travel to Winthrop College Prep Academy (Riverview, FL) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 15-9. Winthrop College Prep Academy won 95-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Patel (Tampa, FL)

Next up, the Rough Riders confront the American Youth Academy Eagles (Tampa, FL) in a Freelance challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. American Collegiate Academy will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record.
