Ohio High School Basketball - Bishop Watterson can't hold off Fairfield Union

The Fairfield Union Falcons basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Bishop Watterson Eagles to 47 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamilton Township for a Mid-State - Buckeye contest on Saturday, February 3. Fairfield Union will battle a Rangers team coming off a 78-68 league win over Circleville (Circleville, OH). The Rangers record now stands at 11-6.

The Eagles (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Perry (Perry, OH). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Perry edged Harvey (Painesville, OH), 59-48, in a league contest.
