The Mitchell Bluejackets basketball team (Mitchell, IN), was routed 72-38 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Bloomington South Panthers (Bloomington, IN)

The Panthers now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbus North for a Conference Indiana battle on Friday, February 9. Bloomington South will battle a Bull Dogs team coming off a 56-44 non-league win over East Central (St. Leon, IN). The Bull Dogs record now stands at 6-11.

Next up, the Bluejackets clash with the Loogootee Lions (Loogootee, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Mitchell will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record.
