Connecticut High School Basketball - Bunnell crushes New Milford

Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT), 78-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bunnell upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Immaculate (Danbury, CT) to play the Mustangs in a Southwest bout on Friday, February 2. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 7-7. Immaculate won 61-54 in their recent league bout against Pomperaug (Southbury, CT)

Next up, the Green Wave play the Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) in a Southwest bout, on Monday, February 5. New Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Lancers come into the bout with a 14-1 record after their 59-50 league win over Weston (Weston, CT).
