Kentucky High School Basketball - Campbell County thwarted by Cooper

The Campbell County Camels basketball team (Alexandria, KY), was toppled 49-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY)

The Jaguars now possess a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mason County for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 3. Cooper will confront a Royals team coming off a 73-65 non-league loss to Conner (Hebron, KY). The Royals record now stands at 13-9.

The Camels (14-7) will now prepare for their battle against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Bluejackets come into the non-league battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Nicholas County beat Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY), 64-59, in a league battle.
