Minnesota High School Basketball - Cook County ripped by Marshall

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Marshall Hilltoppers basketball team scored a decisive 87-59 triumph over the Cook County Vikings.

In their next game, the Hilltoppers meet the Pillager Huskies (Pillager, MN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 3. Marshall will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 10-8 record after their 66-45 non-league win over Verndale (Verndale, MN).

With the defeat, Cook County moves to 4-9 on the year. The Vikings travel to Cromwell (Cromwell, MN) to meet the Cardinals in a A Section 7 match on Friday, February 2. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. Cromwell lost 72-68 in their recent non-league challenge against Two Harbors (Two Harbors, MN)
