The Creighton Bulldogs basketball team (Creighton, NE), was nudged 27-25 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Homer Knights (Homer, NE)
The Knights now possess a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winside for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 3. Homer will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 59-55 non-league loss to Osmond/Randolph (Osmond, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-10.
The Bulldogs (2-14) will now prepare for their battle against O'Neill (O'Neill, NE). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, O'Neill was nudged by Guardian Angels Central Catholic (West Point, NE), 43-39, in a non-league battle.
