Crossroads Christian Colts (Henderson, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion (Durham, NC), 76-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Crossroads Christian upgrades its record to 18-5 on the season. The Colts host Carolina Mustangs (Durham, NC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Carolina Mustangs lost 57-43 in their recent non-league bout against Cristo Rey Research Triangle (Durham, NC)

Next up, the Lion play the Neuse Christian Academy Lions (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Raleigh Area bout, on Friday, February 2. Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-15 record after their 101-46 league loss to Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC).
