Jupiter Christian Eagles (Jupiter, FL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Highlands Christian Knights (Pompano Beach, FL), 61-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jupiter Christian upgrades its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Berean Christian (West Palm Beach, FL) to play the Bulldogs in a Sunshine State - South bout on Friday, February 2. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 11-12. Berean Christian lost 65-37 in their recent non-league bout against King's Academy (West Palm Beach, FL)

Next up, the Knights play the Pine Crest Panthers (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Highlands Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 8-12 record after their 83-30 non-league win over FAU High (Boca Raton, FL).
