The Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Pinelands Regional Wildcats (Tuckerton, NJ), 36-25 in Thursday's league test.
The Lions (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Freehold Township (Freehold, NJ). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 7-12 record.
The Wildcats now own a 3-16 record. They play next when they travel to Henry Hudson for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Pinelands Regional will encounter a Admirals squad coming off a 48-43 non-league win over Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ). The Admirals record now stands at 17-2.
