In Thursday's league outing, the Monmouth Regional Falcons (Tinton Falls, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lakewood Piners (Lakewood, NJ), by a count of 67-25.
The Falcons (10-8) will now prepare for their outing against Barnegat (Barnegat, NJ). The Bengals go into the non-league outing with a 12-9 record. In their last outing, Barnegat smashed Millville (Millville, NJ), 65-38, in a non-league outing.
The Piners now hold a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Donovan Catholic for a Shore C outing on Friday, February 2.
