St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Williamstown Braves (Williamstown, NJ), 64-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. John-Vianney upgrades its record to 11-11 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Shore Regional (West Long Branch, NJ) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 13-5.

Next up, the Braves play the Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. Williamstown will attempt to upgrade on its 1-18 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 17-3 record after their 76-34 league win over Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ).
