The Fosston Greyhounds (Fosston, MN) basketball nipped the host Ada-Borup/Norman County West Cougars (Ada, MN), 63-57 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Greyhounds (18-2) will now prepare for their test against Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN). The Patriots go into the A Section 8 test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Win-E-Mac was tipped by Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal (Twin Valley, MN), 61-36, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Thief River Falls for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Ada-Borup/Norman County West will encounter a Prowlers squad coming off a 61-52 league loss to Park Rapids (Park Rapids, MN). The Prowlers record now stands at 4-15.
