In Thursday's non-league outing, the Bordentown Scotties (Bordentown, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting West Windsor-Plainsboro South Pirates (Princeton Junction, NJ), by a count of 36-32.

The Scotties (14-5) will now prepare for their outing against Burlington Township (Burlington, NJ). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 2-12 record. In their last outing, Burlington Township was tipped by Pennsauken (Pennsauken, NJ), 66-31, in a league outing.

The Pirates now hold a 4-16 record. They play next when they host Hopewell Valley Central for a non-league outing on Friday, February 2.
