The Clarion Area Bobcats basketball team (Clarion, PA), dropped 47-35 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Kane Wolves (Kane, PA)
The Wolves now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DuBois Central Catholic for a Allegheny Mountain battle on Monday, February 5. Kane will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 54-48 league loss to Ridgway (Ridgway, PA). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-8.
The Bobcats (12-7) will now prepare for their outing against Cranberry Area (Seneca, PA). The Berries go into the Keystone Shortway outing with a 1-11 record. In their last outing, Cranberry Area was topped by Brookville (Brookville, PA), 47-12, in a non-league outing.
