In Thursday's non-league match, the host Holtville Bulldogs basketball team scored a tight 53-52 triumph over the Isabella Mustangs.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 2. Holtville will attempt to move on its 10-10 season record. The Rebels enter the match with a 1-10 record after their 54-29 non-league loss to Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL).
With the defeat, Isabella moves to 14-4 on the year.
