The Peoria Notre Dame Irish basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Richwoods Knights to 33 in the Irish league victory on Thursday.

The Irish now sport a 25-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Champaign Central for a Big Twelve contest on Saturday, February 3. Peoria Notre Dame will battle a Maroons team coming off a 68-31 league win over Urbana (Urbana, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 11-15.

The Knights (18-10) will now prepare for their contest against Danville (Danville, IL). The Vikings come into the Big Twelve contest with a 10-16 record. In their last contest, Danville was routed by Normal West (Normal, IL), 52-33, in a league contest.
