The Mater Lakes Academy Bears smashed the host Westland Hialeah Wildcats soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Bears now sport a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to North Broward Prep for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 6. Mater Lakes Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Somerset Academy - Canyons (Boynton Beach, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Westland Hialeah drops to 9-4 on the season.
