In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Rogers Royals (Rogers, MN) ice hockey team bounced the host Anoka Tornadoes (Anoka, MN), by a margin of 10-0.
The Royals now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host White Bear Lake for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 6. Rogers will clash with a Bears team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Bears record now stands at 14-5.
The Tornadoes (3-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN). The Rangers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-11 record. In their last challenge, Forest Lake notched a victory over East Ridge (Woodbury, MN), 7-1, in a league challenge.
