The Christian Brothers Academy Colts trounced the visiting Middletown South Eagles ice hockey squad by a tally of 10-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

With the victory, Christian Brothers Academy betters its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Colts host La Salle Institute (Troy, NY) to confront the Cadets in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Cadets go into the bout with a record of 1-3. La Salle Institute lost 5-0 in their recent league bout against Queensbury (Queensbury, NY)

The Eagles now have a 7-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rumson-Fair Haven for a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. Middletown South will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-2 non-league Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-5.
