The Crossroads Christian Colts basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion to 36 in the Colts non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Colts now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lee Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Crossroads Christian will meet a Falcons team coming off a 34-30 non-league loss to Kerr-Vance Academy (Henderson, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 0-6.

The Lion (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Burlington Christian Academy nudged Guilford Home Educators (Guilford, NC), 69-29, in a non-league contest.
