With the win, South Bend Adams upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Eagles host New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN) to clash with the Cougars in a bout on Friday, February 9. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-5.

Next up, the Jimmies clash with the Northridge Raiders (Middlebury, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. Jimtown will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 51-47 non-league loss to Angola (Angola, IN).
