New York High School Basketball - Bishop Ludden sneaks past McQuaid Jesuit

The Bishop Ludden Gaelic Knights (Syracuse, NY) basketball edged the visiting McQuaid Jesuit Knights (Rochester, NY), 54-48 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Gaelic Knights now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Rome Free Academy for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 5. Bishop Ludden will play a Black Knights team coming off a 85-53 league win over Whitesboro (Marcy, NY). The Black Knights record now stands at 13-0.
With the loss, McQuaid Jesuit falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Knights host Wilson Magnet (Rochester, NY) to play the Wildcats in a Section 5 Rochester City bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-10.
