Kentucky High School Basketball - Expression Prep Academy routed by Boyd County

February 1, 2025: Ashland, KY 41102

The Boyd County Lions bounced the visiting Expression Prep Academy Lions basketball squad by a final score of 104-62 in Saturday's league outing.

Next, the Lions clash with the Huntington Expression Prep Kings (Huntington, WV) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, February 1. Boyd County will attempt to upgrade on its 14-8 season record. The Kings enter the outing with a 8-8 record after their 67-36 non-league loss to Pikeville (Pikeville, KY).

The Lions (8-8) will now prepare for their outing against Johnson Central (Paintsville, KY). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 10-7 record. In their last outing, Johnson Central routed Pike County Central (Pikeville, KY), 75-65, in a non-league outing.
