In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Brandywine Bobcats basketball team scored a good 58-49 triumph over the Watervliet Panthers.
The Bobcats (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bronson (Bronson, MI). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Bronson was topped by Concord (Concord, MI), 54-46, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Kalamazoo Christian Comets (Kalamazoo, MI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Watervliet will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Comets go into the contest with a 5-8 record after their 54-43 league loss to Parchment (Parchment, MI).
