In Saturday's league contest, the host Chicago Hope Academy basketball team scored a big 67-37 win over the St. Edward Green Wave.
The (16-6) will now prepare for their contest against Aurora Christian (Aurora, IL). The Eagles come into the Chicagoland Christian contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Aurora Christian smashed Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL), 62-58, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Green Wave battle the Christ the King Gladiators (Chicago, IL) in a Chicagoland Christian contest, on Tuesday, February 4. St. Edward will attempt to better on its 10-14 season record. The Gladiators come into the contest with a 14-9 record after their 68-31 non-league win over Little Village (Chicago, IL).
