In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Coldwater Cavaliers basketball team scored a big 84-44 triumph over the Upper Scioto Valley Rams.
The Cavaliers (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Marion Local (Maria Stein, OH). The Flyers go into the Midwest contest with a 17-1 record. In their last contest, Marion Local smashed Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH), 43-28, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Arcadia Redskins (Arcadia, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Upper Scioto Valley will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Redskins go into the contest with a 9-9 record after their 28-27 non-league loss to Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH).
