Nebraska High School Basketball - Elba overwhelmed by High Plains

In Saturday's non-league test, the High Plains Storm (Polk, NE) basketball squad trounced the visiting Elba Bluejays (Elba, NE), by a score of 58-28.

Next, the Storm clash with the Meridian Mustangs (Daykin, NE) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. High Plains will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 2-15 record after their 70-36 non-league win over Dorchester (Dorchester, NE).

The Bluejays (2-15) will now prepare for their test against Heartland Lutheran (Grand Island, NE). The Red Hornets come into the non-league test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Heartland Lutheran was routed by Central Valley (Greeley, NE), 71-54, in a non-league test.
