In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Muskegon Big Reds basketball team scored a good 66-46 triumph over the Huron River Rats.
The Big Reds (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Byron Center (Byron Center, MI). The Bulldogs go into the Ottawa-Kent - Green contest with a 12-4 record.
In their next game, the River Rats battle the Pioneer Pioneers (Ann Arbor, MI) in a Southeastern - Red contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Huron will attempt to better on its 11-4 season record.
