The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Plymouth Big Red (Plymouth, OH) and the visiting Lucas Cubs (Lucas, OH), observed Plymouth's basketball team knock off Lucas by a score of 54-43.

The Big Red (9-10) will now prepare for their challenge against New London (New London, OH). The Wildcats come into the Firelands challenge with a 2-15 record. In their last challenge, New London dropped by Mapleton (Ashland, OH), 66-38, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cubs battle the Crestline Bulldogs (Crestline, OH) in a Mid-Buckeye challenge, on Friday, February 7. Lucas will attempt to improve on its 2-14 season record.
