Illinois High School Basketball - Moline victorious over MacArthur

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Moline Maroons basketball team scored a good 74-56 triumph over the MacArthur Generals.
The Maroons (22-4) will now prepare for their contest against Galesburg (Galesburg, IL). The Silver Streaks go into the Western Big 6 contest with a 8-19 record. In their last contest, Galesburg was topped by Peoria (Peoria, IL), 69-54, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Generals battle the Springfield Southeast Spartans (Springfield, IL) in a Central State Eight contest, on Tuesday, February 4. MacArthur will attempt to better on its 17-7 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 2-21 record after their 83-50 league loss to Springfield (Springfield, IL).
