The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Union City Tigers (Union City, OK) and the visiting Ninnekah Owls (Ninnekah, OK), observed Union City's basketball team knock off Ninnekah by a score of 66-56.

The Tigers (6-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Cement (Cement, OK). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-15 record. In their last challenge, Cement was knocked off by Dove Science Academy (Oklahoma City, OK), 67-48, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Owls encounter the Bray-Doyle Donkeys (Bray, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Ninnekah will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record.
