In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Wheeling Wildcats basketball team scored a good 63-49 triumph over the North Shore Country Day Raiders.
The Wildcats (10-15) will now prepare for their contest against Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Knights go into the Mid-Suburban - East contest with a 11-14 record. In their last contest, Prospect was toppled by Slinger (Slinger, WI), 59-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders confront the Lycee Francais de Chicago (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 3. North Shore Country Day will attempt to better on its 12-8 season record. The go into the contest with a 16-4 record after their 73-53 non-league win over Northtown (Chicago, IL).
