In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Northside Christian Lions basketball team scored a close 60-53 win over the Whitehall-Yearling Rams.

The Lions (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Shekinah Christian (Plain City, OH). The Flames come into the Mid-Ohio - Christian contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Shekinah Christian edged Delaware Christian (Delaware, OH), 42-28, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Franklin Heights Falcons (Columbus, OH) in a Central Buckeye League contest, on Friday, February 7. Whitehall-Yearling will attempt to better on its 4-15 season record.
