The Northwestern Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host St. Croix Central Panthers to 47 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now have a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hayward for a Heart O'North game on Tuesday, February 4. Northwestern will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 89-73 league loss to Barron (Barron, WI). The Hurricanes record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, St. Croix Central falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host Prescott (Prescott, WI) to confront the Cardinals in a Middle Border match on Tuesday, February 4. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 11-6. Prescott won 69-55 in their recent league match against Somerset (Somerset, WI)
