The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Olathe West Owls (Olathe, KS) and the host Raymore-Peculiar Panthers (Peculiar, MO), observed Olathe West's basketball team overwhelm Raymore-Peculiar by a score of 65-44.

The Owls (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawrence (Lawrence, KS). The Lions come into the Sunflower challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Lawrence trounced Washington (Kansas City, KS), 59-56, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Blue Springs South Jaguars (Blue Springs, MO) in a Freelance challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Raymore-Peculiar will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record.
