In Saturday's non-league test, the Westwood Cardinals (Washington Township, NJ) basketball squad defeated the host Ridgefield Memorial Royals (Ridgefield, NJ), by a final score of 65-50.

Next, the Cardinals clash with the Indian Hills Braves (Oakland, NJ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. Westwood will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Braves come into the test with a 4-6 record after their 65-56 non-league win over Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ).

The Royals (14-5) will now prepare for their test against Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ). The Golden Bears come into the non-league test with a 9-8 record.
