Indiana High School Basketball - Union County thwarts Shenandoah

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) and the host Shenandoah Raiders (Middletown, IN), observed Union County's basketball team knock off Shenandoah by a score of 53-44.

The Patriots (7-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN). The Golden Eagles come into the Tri-Eastern challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Cambridge City Lincoln prevailed over MTI School of Knowledge (Indianapolis, IN), 85-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders encounter the Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 8. Shenandoah will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 52-45 non-league loss to Lapel (Lapel, IN).
