Kentucky High School Basketball - Anderson County beaten by Southwestern

The Southwestern Warriors were victorious over the visiting Anderson County Bearcats basketball squad by a final score of 52-39 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Warriors clash with the Rockcastle County Rockets (Mt. Vernon, KY) in a non-league outing, on Monday, February 3. Southwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 14-8 season record. The Rockets enter the outing with a 13-8 record after their 56-54 league win over Pulaski County (Somerset, KY).

The Bearcats (18-5) will now prepare for their outing against Simon Kenton (Independence, KY). The Pioneers enter the non-league outing with a 15-4 record. In their last outing, Simon Kenton ran past Campbell County (Alexandria, KY), 73-43, in a non-league outing.
