Next, the Panthers encounter the Somerset Spartans (Somerset, WI) in a Middle Border test, on Tuesday, February 4. St. Croix Central will attempt to improve on its 14-4 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 8-10 record after their 61-56 non-league win over Phillips (Phillips, WI).

The Comets (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Bloomer (Bloomer, WI). The Blackhawks come into the non-league test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Bloomer was knocked off by McDonell Central (Chippewa Falls, WI), 75-70, in a league test.
