The Marshall County Marshals basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Greenwood Gators to 36 in the Marshals non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Marshals now have a 17-6 record. They play next when they travel to Murray for a District 4 game on Tuesday, February 4. Marshall County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 42-27 non-league win over Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Greenwood falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Butler County (Morgantown, KY) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Bears go into the game with a record of 5-9. Butler County lost 65-61 in their recent league game against Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY)
