The Ridgemont Golden Gophers basketball squad (Mount Victory, OH), lost 50-37 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Northmor Golden Knights (Galion, OH)

With the victory, Northmor advances its record to 7-13 on the year. The Golden Knights travel to Mapleton (Ashland, OH) to meet the Mounties in a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 5. The Mounties enter the battle with a record of 16-4. Mapleton won 55-28 in their recent league battle against South Central (Greenwich, OH)

The Golden Gophers now own a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Gilead for a non-league battle on Monday, February 3. Ridgemont will meet a Indians squad coming off a 56-39 non-league win over Elgin (Marion, OH). The Indians record now stands at 8-11.
