The Olympia Spartans basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Rantoul Eagles to 33 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now possess a 4-21 record. They play next when they host El Paso-Gridley for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Olympia will confront a Titans team coming off a 68-52 league win over Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL). The Titans record now stands at 8-12.

With the loss, Rantoul falls to 4-21 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL) to confront the Spartans in a Illini Prairie game on Monday, February 3. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 8-15. St. Joseph-Ogden lost 46-32 in their recent non-league game against Auburn (Auburn, IL)
