The Omaha Nation Chiefs (Macy, NE) basketball toppled the host Tiospaye Topa Thunderhawks (Ridgeview, SD), 70-50 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Chiefs now possess a 16-5 record. They play next when they travel to Omaha Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. Omaha Nation will play a Eagles team coming off a 42-20 non-league loss to College View Academy (Lincoln, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 2-13.
With the loss, Tiospaye Topa falls to 11-3 on the campaign. The Thunderhawks travel to White River (White River, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-4. White River won 66-54 in their recent non-league bout against St. Francis Indian (St. Francis, SD)
