The Salem Quakers basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Woodridge Bulldogs to 30 in the Quakers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Quakers now have a 9-11 record. They play next when they host Canton South for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 5. Salem will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 39-30 league loss to Tuslaw (Massillon, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-5.

With the loss, Woodridge falls to 5-15 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Cloverleaf (Lodi, OH) to confront the Colts in a Metro game on Tuesday, February 4. The Colts go into the game with a record of 13-5. Cloverleaf lost 70-45 in their recent league game against Field (Mogadore, OH)
