The Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers tipped the visiting Caldwell Parish Spartans basketball team by a final score of 59-55 in Thursday's non-league game.
Coming up next, the Tigers confront the North Caddo Titans (Vivian, LA) in a 2A District 1 battle, on Friday, February 11. Jonesboro-Hodge will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Titans come into the battle with a 6-13 record after their 61-35 league win over Lakeside (Sibley, LA).
The Spartans (9-10) will now prepare for their battle against Choudrant (Choudrant, LA). The Aggies come into the non-league battle with a 16-9 record. In their last battle, Choudrant edged Weston (Jonesboro, LA), 70-54, in a league battle.
