Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats (Washburn, IL) and the visiting Greenview Bulldogs (Greenview, IL), saw Lowpoint-Washburn's basketball squad knock off Greenview by a count of 77-61.

With the victory, Lowpoint-Washburn upgrades its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Midland (Varna, IL) to play the Timberwolves in a Tri-County challenge on Friday, February 11. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a record of 24-4. Midland lost 85-69 in their recent non-league challenge against Flanagan-Cornell (Flanagan, IL)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Havana Ducks (Havana, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 11. Greenview will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record. The Ducks come into the challenge with a 10-15 record after their 61-47 non-league loss to Brimfield (Brimfield, IL).
