Virginia High School Basketball - Virginia Episcopal School overwhelms Covenant

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) and the host Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA), saw Virginia Episcopal School's basketball squad wallop Covenant by a tally of 70-25.

With the victory, Virginia Episcopal School improves its record to 10-14 on the campaign. The Bishops host The Carmel School (Ruther Glen, VA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 11. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-14. The Carmel School won 77-69 in their recent league challenge against Church Hill Academy (Richmond, VA)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 15. Covenant will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
