Columbia Eagles (Huntsville, AL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Madison Academy Mustangs (Madison, AL), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles face the James Clemens Jets (Madison, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 17. Columbia will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Mustangs now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 15. Madison Academy will face a Wildcats team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Hazel Green (Hazel Green, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
